The role supports the Regional Sales team and offers growth into future Sales/Technical roles.

Qualifications

• Past sales or marketing experience is preferred.
• Travel within the Region may be required (overnight).
• Must be organized with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers and perform cold calls.
• Market CentiMark’s services via LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Introduce prospects to CentiMark’s features and benefits.
• Schedule appointments for intro calls and meetings.
• Organize customer events for each office in the region.
• Follow up on proposals with clients and prospects.
• Support Regional Sales Team with Target Account efforts.
• Research market dynamics to refine marketing programs.
• Engage with networking groups like BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, etc.
• Attend relevant trade shows and learn CentiMark’s estimating process.
• Coordinate marketing with Regional Reps and National Accounts.
• Meet monthly activity goals set by management.
