Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to act as the on-the-ground marketing partner for the divisional level, supporting local community execution, New Home Consultants, and regional marketing initiatives. You will ensure timely, brand-aligned marketing at the community level.

Responsibilities include coordinating signage, MLS listings, event logistics, and liaison work between sales, operations, and marketing teams. Travel weekly within the division is required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing coordination.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with internal teams and sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Support Quick Move-In homes with signage, MLS postings, and photography oversight.
• Coordinate exterior/interior color selection updates.
• Track and maintain signage inventory across divisions.
• Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates.
• Manage the marketing closet with branded materials.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events.
• Support national and regional campaigns at the local level.
• Oversee community launch execution and SGT/office setup with teams.
• Assist regional content teams with photography requests.
