Job summary

Lennar in Charleston, SC seeks a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to partner with Sales leaders, NHCs, and regional teams for on-site brand-aligned marketing. The role covers signage, photography, event logistics, and local rollout support across communities.

You'll manage flyers, collateral, and MLS listings, oversee color updates, inventory, and the marketing closet while supporting national campaigns at the local level. Travel within the division is weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• 0–2 years of marketing/coordination experience.
• Proficient with MLS, Canva, Airtable and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral in partnership with regional teams.
• Support QMI homes with signage, MLS listings, and photography oversight.
• Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates and signage inventory.
• Coordinate vendor installs, removals, and updates for signage.
• Maintain the marketing closet and organize current branded materials.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events and openings.
• Support national campaigns at the local community level.
• Coordinate WHC setup, SGT install/removal, and basic office systems.
• Assist regional content teams with photography requests for homes and communities.
