Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Operations Manager to drive field marketing execution across multiple divisions. You will oversee Field Marketing Coordinators and coordinate with regional leaders to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in related industries, strong communication, and travel to assigned divisions to coach and support local initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel monthly (3–4 divisions).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day execution of field marketing efforts.
• Align regional and divisional marketing strategies.
• Translate objectives into executable plans while maintaining brand integrity.
• Review and approve signage assets.
• Coach Field Marketing Coordinators daily.
• Monitor community launches and sales needs.
