AMETEK Inc. is seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator to plan and manage the company’s regional events. You will coordinate tradeshows, roadshows, open houses, product launches and distributor meetings, working closely with regional and corporate marketing, sales leadership and vendors.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration are essential. You will travel regularly (20–30%) to execute the plan, manage the event budget, and report outcomes with KPI-driven analyses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Business Administration or Marketing / Communications.
• Prior event management experience in a corporate setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate & execute events in the territory: tradeshows, roadshows, open houses, product launches, sales and distributor meetings.
• Coordinate pre-show and post-show marketing via social media, email campaigns, and third-party ads.
• Handle event setup/teardown, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Analyze event performance using defined KPIs and report results.
• Ensure lead management and CRM reporting is accurate.
• Manage regional event budget and related equipment inventory.
• Support communications with the regional sales team and external vendors.
• Proactively use AI tools to improve productivity and decision making.
