Englert Inc. seeks a seasoned Event Marketing Manager to lead regional event programs and staffing, coordinating with EMs and promoters to drive lead generation and exceed sales targets. The role combines on-site event execution with strategic team leadership and partner development.

The ideal candidate will manage recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance, while partnering with HR and regional leaders to ensure compliant, timely operations and strong event ROI across the region.

Responsibilities

• Talent and Team Management: build and lead event teams across regions.
• Recruit and develop event staff including EMs and promoters to meet goals.
• Train, schedule, and manage staffing, ensuring onboarding and HR timelines.
• Hold monthly REMM meetings with EMM/GM/RD and weekly EMM meetings.
• Lead weekly in-person or Teams trainings focused on lead generation improvements.
• Conduct regular on-site or remote event operations with EMM/promoters.
• Oversee event bookings, contracts, COIs, and cover sheets.
• Coordinate exhibit setup/removal and maintain display materials inventory.
• Manage tools, resources, reporting, and materials for event coordination.
• Develop localized retail partnerships for on-site staffed displays.
• Identify and secure onsite sponsorship opportunities with community entities.
• Ensure adherence to processes for scheduling, payments, post-show analysis, and reporting.
• Strive for department and regional targets; present a professional company image.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed; timely submission of payroll and leads.
