Job summary

Englert Inc. seeks a Regional Event Marketing Manager to manage and execute event marketing initiatives, staffing, and lead generation.

You will recruit and develop event teams (EMMs and promoters) to achieve regional sales targets, coordinate training, and ensure adherence to HR timelines and best practices. Responsibilities include staffing events, managing displays and partnerships, tracking leads, and maintaining consistent performance across offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent and team management for regional events.
• Recruit and develop event staff including EMMs and promoters to hit goals.
• Schedule training and manage employment life cycle per HR guidelines.
• Coordinate regular meetings with EMMS/GM/RD and weekly updates.
• Oversee weekly in-person or Teams trainings to improve lead generation.
• Visit offices monthly and at least every 6 months for operations.
