Job summary

ADC Therapeutics America Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Marketer to lead in-field regional marketing initiatives and engage key thought leaders in hematology/oncology.

The role covers multiple western states with travel up to 50%. You will coordinate with the AOR and HQ, map regional opportunities, and drive regional campaigns and speaker programs to support ZYNLONTA and disease state education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Health care certification/qualification preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with hematology/oncology focus.
• 2+ years in marketing/agency or related in-house role.
• 2+ years field sales or market access leadership in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Direct experience with hematology thought leaders (physician/nurse) is required.
• 40–50% domestic travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Agency of Record (AOR) and home office on asset deployment and media.
• Identify and monitor regional KPIs and report findings.
• Align with cross-functional teams on local account planning.
• Develop regional and local KOLs across Hematology/Oncology.
• Participate in regional advisory boards and speaker programs.
• Coordinate with field leadership on company presence at events.
• Manage agency partnerships and budget allocation.
