Job summary

ADC Therapeutics SA is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Marketer to lead in-field regional marketing in the Midwest and surrounding states. You will partner with the marketing team, agencies, and thought leaders to drive launches and regional programs for hematology/oncology indications, including ZYNLONTA and related disease-state initiatives.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and 40–50% travel to engage key accounts, conferences, and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience in hematology/oncology.
• Product launch experience in hematology or oncology.
• At least 2 years direct experience with hematology thought leaders.
• 2+ years in marketing/agency or related in-house commercial role.
• 2+ years field sales or market access leadership preferred.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with AOR and home office on asset deployment and media.
• Identify and report regional KPIs.
• Align with regional teams on local account planning.
• Identify regional HCPs for projects and trainings.
• Develop local KOLs and thought leaders in hematology/oncology.
• Coordinate TL influence mapping and regional account plans.
• Manage regional advisory boards and speaker programs.
• Support ZYNLONTA disease-state programs with TL engagement.
• Attend regional and national conferences to gather insights.
• Coordinate with leadership on company presence and engagements.
• Work with Digital marketing on geotargeting and ads.
• Collaborate with HQ on KOL coordination and role boundaries.
• Monitor lymphoma treater landscape for insights.
• Plan local patient advocacy events with marketing support.
• Manage agency partnerships and budgets.
