Job summary

ADC Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Regional Marketer to lead regional marketing plans across VA, MD, MI, OH. You will collaborate with the marketing team, AOR, and field operations to engage key thought leaders and execute tailored campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech with hematology/oncology exposure, plus direct KOL engagements and regional program development. A dynamic, travel-heavy environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; healthcare certification preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with hematology/oncology experience.
• Product launch experience in hematology or oncology.
• 2+ years working with hematology thought leaders and academic access.
• 2+ years in marketing/agency or related in-house role.
• 2+ years field sales or market access leadership; 40–50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional marketing plans.
• Coordinate with Agency of Record and home office on campaigns.
• Identify local KOLs and participate in advisory boards.
• Attend regional and national conferences and meetings.
• Manage agency partnerships and budgets.
• Collaborate with HQ and field teams to align strategies.
