Job summary

ADC Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Regional Marketer to drive in-field marketing for VA, MD, MI and OH. You will connect marketing strategy with regional execution, engage key thought leaders, and optimize geotargeted campaigns.

Requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech, hematology/oncology experience, and proven ability to manage budgets and regional programs. Travel about 40-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; health care qualification preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech, hematology/oncology experience.
• Product launch experience in hematology/oncology.
• 2+ years with hematology thought leaders (physician/nurse).
• 2+ years in marketing/agency or related in-house role.
• 2+ years in field sales or market access leadership (preferred).
• 40-50% domestic travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Agency of Record and home office on asset deployment and congress planning.
• Monitor regional KPIs and report performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on account planning and TL engagement.
• Develop regional/KOL relationships and speaker bureau activities.
• Support regional advisory boards and patient advocacy events.
• Coordinate regional marketing with HQ and field teams.
