Job summary

ADC Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Regional Marketer to lead in-field marketing across CA, CO, UT, WA, AZ and NV. You will work with the Marketing team, Agency of Record, and regional leadership to deploy assets, plan congress activities, and monitor key metrics.

Strong exposure to hematology/oncology and engagement with thought leaders is required. The role requires 5+ years in pharma/biotech marketing with product launches in hematology/oncology, plus travel and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech, hematology and oncology.
• Experience launching products in hematology/oncology.
• Direct experience with hematology thought leaders (physician and nurse).
• Marketing/agency or in-house commercial role experience.
• Field sales or market access leadership experience in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with Agency of Record and home office for asset deployment and congress planning.
• Identify and report regional KPIs and align with cross-functional teams.
• Engage local KOLs and HCPs in commercial projects and training.
• Develop regional advisory boards and third-party programs.
• Coordinate regional speaker bureau activities for ZYNLONTA and disease state programs.
• Attend conferences and executive engagements; coordinate with leadership on presence.
