Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience preferred, or director-level scope.
• Experience across multiple channels including offline/TV/radio, digital media, paid search/SEM, and field/event marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing and lead-generation strategy across the assigned region.
• Monitor dashboards and analytics; adjust plans by branch, market, or channel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, Operations and agencies to optimize the funnel.
