Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive regional or multi-division marketing experience.
• Two or more years leading marketing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with marketing budgets, spend allocation, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new lead growth across regions.
• Establish standards for community-level marketing plans and monitor execution.
• Develop divisions' annual marketing budgets and coordinate approvals.
• Review and adjust marketing spend allocations, including digital ads.
• Diagnose traffic trends and guide corrective actions with leadership.
• Advise on marketing recommendations to influence sales outcomes with data.
• Share best practices across divisions, including events and campaigns.
• Report performance against traffic and lead goals regularly.
• Coach and train division and field marketing teams in processes and standards.
