Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of progressive marketing experience with responsibility for multi-market, regional, or multi-division programs.
• Two or more years of experience leading, coaching, or directing marketing team members or cross-functional marketing initiatives.

• Maintains accountability for division walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new lead growth across the assigned region.
• Establishes standards for community-level marketing plans and monitors execution.
• Develops each division's annual marketing budget and coordinates approval with division leadership.
• Reviews and approves marketing spend allocations, including digital advertising spend.
• Coaches division and field marketing teams on processes and best practices.
