AbbVie is seeking a field-based Regional Market Access Manager to lead local strategies across Albany, NY; Stamford, CT; and Burlington, VT. You will align regional objectives with AbbVie’s MAx plan and coordinate with key customers to optimize access.

The role requires 5+ years in sales management, 2+ years in healthcare account management, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA/ MPH is preferred. Significant travel within the region is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years sales management (District Manager or Regional Manager preferred).
• Account management and/or marketing experience in a healthcare or related business.
• 2+ years account management within Group Practice/Payor/Institutional environment strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of operating effectively in a large, complex geography and influencing diverse stakeholders to achieve results.
• Proven capability in contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and driving commercial results.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Act as Geography "Quarterback": primary champion for the assigned region, setting direction for market access objectives.
• Strategy Execution & Influence Mapping: develop targeted local market access strategies and identify influential customers.
• Contracting & Negotiation: support Area Access Director in planning and pull through of direct Area customer contracts.
• Ongoing Customer Management & Issue Resolution: maintain relationships and resolve issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Centers of Excellence, Area Directors, and other stakeholders.
• Business Growth & Innovation: identify opportunities to expand access and drive AbbVie’s portfolio.
• Performance Accountability: monitor KPIs and use data analytics to refine performance.
