AbbVie is seeking a field-based regional market access leader who will be the primary champion for the Albany, NY region and surrounding areas. You will set direction for market access objectives, coordinate regional activities, and liaise with top-tier customers to align regional strategy with AbbVie’s goals.

The role requires 5+ years in sales management and strong experience in account management within healthcare, with a focus on payors, IDNs, and employers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years sales management experience.
• Account management and/or marketing experience in healthcare.
• 2+ years in account management within Group Practice/Payor/Institutional environment preferred.

• Act as Geography quarterback and regional liaison for market access.
• Develop targeted regional market access strategies and engage key customers.
• Collaborate on contracting and negotiation with Area Directors.
• Monitor performance using analytics to drive pull-through and growth.
