Cobia Boats is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, share, and profit targets within a designated dealer network. You will work to optimize production planning, program communications, and dealer performance across the territory.

You will analyze KPI data, train dealer sales teams, and provide timely feedback to Sales leadership, with significant travel to top dealers and events.

Qualifications

• Marine industry experience required.
• Leadership skills and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and data.
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Lead sales for the assigned territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Analyze dealer performance and KPI metrics to guide planning.
• Coordinate dealer communications and training on sales programs.
• Visit top dealers and provide summary reports on activity.
• Provide ad-hoc in-person support for events like boat shows and demos.
• Travel 50%+ to support dealers and sales efforts.
