MBG in Fort Pierce, FL is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive dealer sales for the Maverick brands within the assigned territory. You will be the primary contact for dealers, accountable for volume, share and profit targets, and partner with leadership to optimize performance.

Responsibilities include leading dealer teams, analyzing territory data, and ensuring timely communication of sales programs to dealers to improve market share and CSAT.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales for assigned territory to meet or exceed company objectives.
• Analyze territorial data to project production planning and commitments.
• Educate dealers on programs, deadlines, and procedures to improve on-time delivery.
