Job summary

Summit Fire & Security seeks a Marine Regional Operations Manager to oversee marine services operations across a defined US region. You will drive daily activities, coordinate sales, design and field work, and ensure safety, financial KPIs, and profitability.

This leadership role requires building strong branch collaborations, managing staff, and applying company processes while leveraging BI tools to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
• 7 years Fire Protection or marine services experience.
• 5 years leadership with mid-managers including 5 direct reports and 25 indirect reports.
• 5 years performing sophisticated business analytics using BI/ERP systems.
• Fluent English communication.
• 10 years of professional computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Grow marine services by improving operations, margin, and revenues through sales.
• Lead daily operations including sales, design and field activities.
• Coordinate with branches on performance, customer service, and compliance.
• Assist in annual budgets and manage profitability for locations.
• Utilize dashboards and BI tools to report KPI performance.
