Job summary

Resolve Marine Services is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the PNW regional operations, billable work, and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial stewardship. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marine Services, this role drives safety, quality, and efficiency through planning and strong leadership.

You will supervise regional teams, manage budgets, identify and bid regional jobs, and coordinate divers, welders, and technicians. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as proven Operations Manager.
• Minimum 10 years in the marine services and/or construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of regional facility; supervise PNW teams and facility administration.
• Lead regional business development through marketing and building relationships in the Region.
• Identify, estimate, and bid jobs within the region.
• Manage regional jobs from award through completion, ensuring safety and standards.
• Lead a specialty team of divers, salvors, welders, operators, and mechanics; monitor safety, quality, and performance.
