Job summary

Resolve Marine is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the PNW facility operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and drive regional growth. You will focus on safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating multiple teams under dynamic conditions.

Responsibilities include overseeing divers, welders, mechanics, and support staff; bidding regional jobs; and maintaining performance against budgets. Travel up to 20% is expected in Tacoma, WA.

Qualifications

• 5-year minimum as proven Operations Manager.
• 10-year minimum in the marine services and/or construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a high paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead people while managing multiple and competing priorities.
• Driver’s License.
• TWIC or ability to obtain TWIC.
• Knowledge of marine services offered.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain regional facility; supervise PNW teams and facility administration.
• Lead regional business development through marketing and relationships in the Region.
• Identify, estimate, and bid jobs within the region.
• Manage regional jobs from award through completion, ensuring work is performed safely and to Resolve's standards.
• Lead a specialty team of divers, salvors, welders, operators, and mechanics; define responsibilities and establish workflows.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Understand operations including Salvage, Environmental, Dive, Welding, Marine Construction, Harbour Work.
• Complies with safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate with HSEQ manager to address unsafe conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
