Job summary

You will lead daily operations across sales, design and field activities, manage staff, and drive KPI performance while upholding safety and company processes.

You will coordinate with branches and leadership to optimize budgets, scheduling, and service delivery, with travel up to 50% and flexibility to work in office or remote settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years Fire Protection or marine service industry experience.
• 5 years leadership experience with mid-managers and 5 direct reports.
• 5 years performing sophisticated business analytics using BI/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Grow marine service business by improving operations, margin, and revenue.
• Oversee daily regional operations, including sales, design, and field activities.
• Manage staff, budgets, and KPIs; monitor profitability and cost trends.
• Coordinate with branches on performance, customer service, and compliance.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and best-practice implementation.
• Develop and maintain regional customer relationships and business development.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure policies and staffing.
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and cost tracking; use dashboards for reporting.
