Job summary

Dometic Marine is expanding its OEM Saltwater team and seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales with key boat builders across West & Central Florida. The role emphasizes strategic selling, technical product knowledge, and strong account management to grow our marine solutions footprint.

You will operate in a dynamic, global environment with opportunities for growth, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering customer-focused solutions across Ride & Handling, Boat Living,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B or marine sales experience, with a proven track record in OEM sales.
• Strong technical knowledge in marine product categories such as Ride & Handling, Boat Living, and Mobile Power Solutions.
• Demonstrated success in managing accounts, closing sizable contracts, and developing strong customer relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office and other business software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales efforts for Dometic Marine OEM Saltwater products across the West & Central Florida region.
• Manage assigned accounts within the territory and build strong relationships with key boat builders.
• Provide strategic selling insights and SME-level technical knowledge across the organization.
• Collaborate with AM team and other departments to address customer needs and close opportunities.
