Job summary

Siemens AG in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead enterprise learning and workforce development across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will partner with plant leadership to deploy onboarding, certification, and upskilling programs, ensuring consistent training delivery and safety compliance.

This role emphasizes cross-site collaboration, data-driven capability metrics, and support for transformational initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
5+ years in training, workforce development, operations leadership, or manufacturing.
3+ years leading multi-site training programs or capability initiatives.
Strong leadership, project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel within the regional manufacturing network.
US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead regional execution of enterprise learning and workforce development programs across multiple manufacturing facilities.
Coach and support site training leaders and trainers.
Partner with plant and functional leaders to assess workforce capability needs and skill gaps.
Deploy onboarding, certification, compliance, technical, leadership, and upskilling programs.
Ensure consistency in training delivery and qualification standards.
Monitor training effectiveness and capability metrics; identify improvements.
Support organizational change initiatives and new technology implementations.
Foster cross-site collaboration and sharing of best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, quality and training requirements.
Use data to drive continuous improvement across the training network.
