Job summary

Siemens Fort Worth is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to initiate and deploy the Training Department to work on initiatives for the Product line and support functions. You will analyze training needs, design content, and define measurement strategies to assess learning program effectiveness.

The role requires interacting with staff at all levels, collaborating with internal and external partners, and enhancing employees’ knowledge and performance across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office (e.g., O365, SharePoint, Forms, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Training strategy throughout the organization to develop curriculum design, implementation and evaluation.
• Executes training plans and curriculum aligned with department and business objectives.
• Designs, develops, evaluates and updates training content, materials, manuals, tests and related training aids.
• Maximizes training methods and tools including in-person, virtual, eLearning and self-study.
• Manages administrative functions to deliver, document and track training programs.
• Prepares and reports on training delivery and Curriculum effectiveness.
• Develops train-the-trainer programs where applicable.
