Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Florida seeks a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple manufacturing sites. The role supports a decentralized model that values autonomy and clear, cross-functional communication.

You will lead safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while driving cost efficiency, talent development, and capital improvements across the region. The position is onsite in Haines City with up to 50% travel; a Bachelor’s degree in engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or other technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple manufacturing sites and ensure Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across plants.
• Develop leadership teams locally and support talent development.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve regional goals.
• Coordinate production planning and reporting of production/inventory.
