Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of sales techniques and regulations governing insurance and security sales.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, lead, manage and supervise a diverse group of producers.
• Ability to develop and maintain community relations.
• CLU/ChFC/CFP/CLF designations desired.
• Some travel required, including overnight stays up to 15%.
