Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Two (2) + years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, campaign management, or similar environment.
• Experience working in deadline-driven, cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Apply judgment to align proposals with pricing strategy while delivering solutions that meet client needs.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow, including routing, inventory reservations, revisions, approvals, and contract readiness.
• Partner with local markets to secure inventory and validate feasibility of proposed plans.
• Manage post-sale execution, including contract oversight, fulfillment coordination, and service-level adherence.
• Communicate with Account Executives and internal stakeholders to manage revisions, optimizations, and updates.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance by reviewing post-campaign reports and proof of performance.
• Act as client-facing partner to Account Executives, addressing client needs and maintaining high-quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
