Job summary

Arevon is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee PV and Battery Energy Storage plant operations in the California region. You will serve as the primary contact for vendors, service providers, and site staff, reporting to the Director of O&M.

This role sits within the Asset Management and Operations team and requires coordinating with Performance Engineering, Asset Management, and Procurement teams to maximize system output.

Qualifications

• Four years of PV or BESS facility management experience or ten years on-site PV/BESS operations with leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of renewable energy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to lead and develop a team; flexible hours and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of vendors and service providers for PV and BESS plants.
• Promote and enforce safety culture and corporate safety policies.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance readiness.
• Manage vendor networks and mobilize additional vendors when needed.
• Ensure rapid resolution of outages to maximize availability with cross-team collaboration.
• Support project budgets and drive cost efficiencies across plants.
• Assist with future project construction, commissioning, and testing in the region.
• Mentor internal and external personnel to meet industry standards and regulations.
