Job summary

Arevon seeks an Associate in Project Management & Construction in Scottsdale, AZ to support the PM&C team across development, contracting, construction, commissioning, and closeout of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects.

You will work with Development, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Project Finance, and Operations to maintain project information, strengthen controls, and manage risks while meeting tight deadlines for multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited university in engineering, construction management, business, finance, supply chain, data analytics, or related discipline.
• Up to two years of relevant experience in project management, construction, engineering, project controls, renewable energy, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize detailed information, maintain accurate records, and follow assignments through completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with careful attention to detail and data quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently with appropriate direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly project reports, executive updates, and other concise summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up with responsible parties.
• Review submittals, invoices, schedules, progress reports, change orders, and supporting documentation for completeness.
• Support budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, invoice review, accruals, commitments, forecast updates, and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
• Maintain change order, claim, contingency, and commercial logs for PM review.
• Assist with EPC and major equipment schedule analysis, milestone tracking, and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement to track design deliverables, long-lead equipment, milestones, and site delivery dates.
• Support permitting, interconnection, land, environmental, and other compliance workstreams.
• Help maintain project records per document control requirements.
