Job summary

Arevon is seeking a Field Technician in Las Vegas, NV to support maintenance and operation of utility-scale PV plants. You will monitor plant performance via SCADA, perform commissioning, testing, and repairs, and supervise contractors to ensure safety and quality.

You will work with internal teams, follow safety procedures, and travel to sites as needed. The role requires hands-on electrical maintenance experience and strong problem-solving skills, with flexibility for on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• 3 years as PV solar technician or 6 years in a non-solar electrical maintenance role.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment following safety policies and procedures.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems.
• Onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Root cause analysis and formal technical reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and document data for reporting.
