Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC Regional Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across the West Region, ensuring alignment with business goals and project success. This role allows for a hybrid work arrangement, including potential remote work within California, Nevada, and Washington.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 5 years of relevant construction experience, particularly in utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. Key responsibilities include leading project teams and managing budgets while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Utility interconnection, PV solar and BESS construction experience required.
• Proven experience in construction project management, budget forecasting, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and comply with quality standards.
• Supervise project managers and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the region.
