Job summary

Quality Moments Behavioral Health Services seeks an experienced Regional Manager to oversee and support senior care facilities, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services and strong facility partnerships.

This leadership role requires building relationships with facility administrators, nursing leadership, and our operations team, traveling across the region to coach staff and uphold compliance and service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to Senior Care team members within the assigned region.
  • Maintain regular communication with facility administrators, Directors of Nursing, social services staff, and other facility leadership.
  • Visit assigned facilities routinely to assess service quality, employee performance, facility satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure Quality Moments staff maintain a professional and positive presence within each facility.
  • Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, productivity, caseloads, and service delivery.
  • Assist with onboarding and successful implementation of services at new Senior Care facilities.
  • Identify staffing needs and work collaboratively with leadership and recruiting to maintain appropriate coverage.
  • Address employee performance concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor client engagement and ensure residents are receiving appropriate and consistent behavioral health services.
  • Assist staff with operational barriers and escalated clinical, compliance, or administrative concerns when appropriate.
  • Ensure employees follow Quality Moments policies, procedures, documentation requirements, and facility expectations.
  • Monitor facility satisfaction and respond quickly when concerns or service issues arise.
  • Build strong relationships that support client outcomes, facility retention, and continued organizational growth.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, trainings, and operational initiatives.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region as necessary to support facilities and employees.

Regional Manager – Senior Care

Reports to: Monica Winkler

Quality Moments Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-focused Regional Manager – Senior Care to oversee and support our behavioral health services within skilled nursing and senior care facilities. This leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, building strong facility partnerships, solving problems, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The Regional Manager will serve as a key connection between our Senior Care team, facility leadership, and Quality Moments administration.

Position Overview

The Regional Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and success of assigned Senior Care locations. This position will supervise and support Quality Moments team members working within skilled nursing facilities while maintaining strong relationships with facility administrators, social services, nursing leadership, and other key partners.

The Regional Manager will work closely with and report to Monica Winkler, Director of Operations, to ensure facilities are appropriately staffed, services are being delivered consistently, documentation and productivity expectations are met, and concerns are identified and resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities
