Job summary

Companion Health Services seeks an experienced Regional Administrator to lead quality care and compliance across multiple senior living communities in Oklahoma. You will mentor Administrators, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive continuous improvement while traveling among assigned sites.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage several communities, with ongoing collaboration with company leadership.

Qualifications

• Current Long-Term Care Administrator license required.
• Previous experience as a Long-Term Care Administrator required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or senior living.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience with regulatory surveys, compliance, and quality improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide leadership across several communities.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Administrators, Assistant Administrators, and other designated staff.
• Monitor facilities for compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Conduct facility reviews, compliance audits, and internal surveys.
• Assist with corrective action plans and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide support before, during, and after state and federal surveys and inspections.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and communicate requirements to facility leadership.
• Review resident complaints and concerns and assist with appropriate resolution.
• Monitor quality and performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide education and training related to compliance, risk management, quality improvement, and survey readiness.
• Assist with the selection, on-boarding, mentoring, and development of Administrators and Assistant Administrators.
• Partner with Human Resources and company leadership to support facility needs.
• Promote a positive company culture focused on quality care, professionalism, dignity, and respect.
• Travel regularly between assigned communities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
