Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years in sales, consumer or business lending.
• Or HS Diploma/GED with 10 years in sales, including 3+ years coaching/management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch teams to achieve sales, service, and performance goals.
• Build partnerships and drive consumer and small business relationship growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong operational controls across branches.
• Execute staffing, sales, and business development strategies to grow the market.
