Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 5+ years of medical equipment sales management experience, preferably in cardiology.

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Manager - New Jersey North to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead regional sales efforts for medical equipment across New Jersey North, with a focus on driving performance, strengthening key customer relationships, and supporting profitable growth. You will partner closely with field sales professionals and internal stakeholders to execute regional sales programs and ensure the team is aligned around business goals. The position calls for strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance revenue growth with disciplined expense and discount management.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually
