Job summary

TAM Residential in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will work with TAM's Leadership to ensure consistent operations across properties and serve as the single point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years on-site management, budget experience, and strong staff development skills. This role demands driving leasing and marketing, managing on-site teams, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site property management experience; multi-unit experience a plus.
• Experience with underwriting, and acquisitions
• Proven third party multi-family property management business development success
• Experience managing and developing staff
• Experience in writing and maintaining budgets
• Proficient in Entrata or other similar property management software
• General office, bookkeeping and sales skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to focus with frequent interruptions
• Maintains confidence and protects operations of business by keep information confidential
• LIHTC experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across communities with the Asset Manager.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop and lead a high-performing onsite team.
• Drive revenues through competitive marketing programs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act and regulations.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting and expenses.
• Coordinate leasing/marketing goals with staff.
