Columbia Residential is seeking a Regional Manager for New Orleans to lead multiple multifamily and affordable housing communities. You will direct property management, leasing, maintenance, and resident services, ensuring compliance and financial performance across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required/desired).
• Minimum ten years of multisite property management experience with budgeting/financial analysis.
• Experience with Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, HOME programs; CPM or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OneSite; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead property management teams across multiple communities to achieve portfolio goals.
• Manage operating budgets and financial performance; forecast and analyze variances.
• Ensure program compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other agencies; maintain audit readiness.
