Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or QSR management, preferably multi-unit.
• Hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams directly in stores.
• Reliable transportation for regular travel between different locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple bakery cafés.
• Act as the main point of contact between stores and the operations team.
• Recruit, train, and support new team members.
• Conduct store visits to monitor standards of quality and service.
