Responsibilities

• Support the ownership team in daily bakery café operations.
• Learn, implement, and enforce company standards and procedures.
• Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and guest experience.
• Manage POS and credit card systems during business hours.
• Serve as a point of contact for catering and special orders.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Help manage deliveries, merchandise, ingredients, and store supplies.
• Inspect the café regularly to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate basic store maintenance and issue resolution with relevant parties.
• Act as a substitute for the General Manager when needed.
• Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Track and report sales, labor, inventory, and operational issues.
• Use POS systems to measure revenue and store performance.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts using Excel or company systems.
• Support health inspection readiness and quality control.
