Roggenart is expanding its leadership team and hiring multiple Store Managers across locations in the Baltimore–Washington region. We are seeking energetic leaders with a solid restaurant or QSR background who enjoy developing people and driving operations.

We’ll match you to the right café in our system, with offices in Howard County, MD. The role emphasizes staff development, daily operations, inventory management, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a café or restaurant
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual a strong plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff — hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to keep engagement and productivity high
• Oversee daily operations: opening and closing, cash handling, POS management, and policy compliance
• Manage inventory through accurate ordering, stocking, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Run regular team meetings on goals, product knowledge, sales technique, and service excellence
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a great guest experience
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards
• Build a team-oriented environment through smart scheduling and delegation
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering, purchasing, and inventory management

Where You'll Work

We're hiring for several locations across the Baltimore–Washington region. We'll match the right leader to the right café — tell us where you're based and we'll find the best fit. Our office is in Howard County, MD.

What You'll Do
