Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in cafe or restaurant environments.

• Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, purchasing processes, and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity.
