Job summary

Hometown America is seeking a Regional Manager to lead day-to-day operations and sales initiatives for a portfolio of manufactured home communities across the New England region. Based in Massachusetts or a neighboring state, you will oversee multiple communities, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and mentor Community Managers to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufactured housing or multi-unit operations preferred.
• Measurable success in revenue generation.
• Initiative and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and financial performance of multiple communities, including budgeting, occupancy, revenue growth, and expense management.
• Develop, coach, and support Community Managers and onsite teams to achieve company goals.
• Conduct regular property visits to ensure high standards of maintenance, safety, curb appeal, and customer service.
• Monitor property performance and implement strategies to improve occupancy, retention, and profitability.
• Oversee capital projects, vendor relationships, and contract performance.
• Resolve escalated resident concerns and promote a positive resident experience.
• Partner with leadership to execute business plans and drive portfolio growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
