Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and direct all regional operations across a multi-state portfolio, ensuring strong financial results and exceptional resident experiences.

You will hire, train, and supervise Community Managers, drive budgeting processes, and partner with leasing campaigns, including lease-up strategies and market evaluations across Charlotte, Fort Mill, and nearby areas. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Multifamily Regional Management.
• Experience with Luxury Class A lease-ups preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor multiple property teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct regional operations across a multi-state portfolio.
• Manage and coach a team of Community Managers.
• Ensure strong financial results and high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing, and market evaluations.
• Develop and review marketing strategies for lease-ups and openings.
• Ensure site visits, quality, and service delivery meet standards.
• Coordinate with Construction Services on capital improvements.
