Job summary

5812 Investment Group in United States oversees multifamily communities and seeks an operations-focused leader to drive financial and operational success. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and may require hours beyond 40 per week, including evenings and weekends.

The candidate will manage site teams, oversee A/P, evictions, collections, and reporting, while maintaining strong resident relations and ensuring policy compliance across Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in multi-family property management with supervision experience preferred.
• Strong initiative and leadership potential; takes independent actions and calculated risks.
• Excellent crisis management: think on feet and act decisively to mitigate impact.
• Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative operations for each community (A/P, evictions, collections, billing, data management, month-end close).
• Audit rents, deposits, and fees; ensure records and reporting meet company policy daily/weekly/monthly.
• Minimize delinquency by enforcing collection procedures and reviewing delinquent accounts regularly.
• Monitor vendor performance, contracts, scheduling, billing and insurance compliance.
• Approve and process invoices; manage third-party invoices and OPS entries.
• Review monthly financial operating statements for each community.
