Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a multifamily portfolio across Maryland and Pennsylvania. You will oversee operations and financial performance, and coach Property Managers and Senior Property Managers to drive results.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in property management, 3+ years in a regional leadership role, strong budgeting ability, excellent communication, and CAM/ARM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years as a Regional Property Manager or similar role.
• Proven success coaching and developing teams.
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and technology skills.
• ARM, CAM, or similar industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance across a multifamily portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers.
• Develop budgets and monitor performance against financial goals.
• Analyze portfolio results and communicate with leadership, owners, and investors.
• Drive strategies and initiatives that improve property performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, associates, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Travel regularly throughout the Maryland and Pennsylvania portfolio.
