Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM) seeks a Regional Manager to supervise a portfolio of LIHTC and Section 8 properties across Georgia. The role requires travel within the region and strong leadership of on-site teams to achieve occupancy and financial targets.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, implement property-management strategies, and report to senior management. A proven track record in multi-property oversight and budgeting is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in multifamily housing or similar.
• Expert knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio oversight skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop property teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties within the region.
• Travel to sites at least 4 days per week within the region.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and program requirements.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for each property.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision of property managers and staff.
• Coordinate with corporate teams on strategic initiatives.
