Job summary

JES Holdings in Georgia seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities. The role requires LIHTC and Section 8 expertise and will travel regionally at least four days weekly.

You will lead property managers, ensure compliance, and drive occupancy and financial performance across multiple properties. Candidates should have 7+ years of management experience in multi-family housing, strong budgeting, and proficiency with OneSite or RealPage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of management experience in multi-family housing.
• Expert knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance.
• Strong budgeting and financial acumen for large portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Implement property management strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Travel to sites within region a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Hire, train and supervise property managers and maintenance staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and ensure compliance deadlines.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy goals across properties.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasting for each property.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on strategic initiatives.
