Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties in the greater Atlanta area. The candidate must have expert LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance knowledge and the ability to manage multiple properties regionally.

Qualifications

• Expert level knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Section 8 compliance.
• Minimum 7 years management experience in multi-property settings.
• Proficient in property management software (OneSite or Real Page preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain property management strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Keep senior management apprised of property, personnel and resident issues.
• Travel to sites within region a minimum of four days per week.
• Hire, train and supervise property managers and maintenance staff.
• Manage budgeting, financial reports, and forecasting for properties.
• Oversee leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
